Stephanie Willox
With a marketing and commercial background, Steph loves creating the big picture and then finding a functional, strategic way to commercially achieve it. With a strong creative flare, she thrives off the small details and the 1%’s. With an upbeat predisposition and infectious passion, she wants everyone to have fun, everyday.

Prior to launching MEE Agency, Stephanie held the position of General Manager – Commercial & Special Events at the largest sports marketing & events agency in Australia. During the 9-year journey there, Steph co-led the Events Team with Darcy Keighran, consisting of 18 full-time staff and a complimentary army of contractors and event suppliers.
During Steph’s tenure she delivered the 5-Year Grand Final Major Events Strategy with the AFL including projects such as AFL Grand Final Eve Lunch, AFL Grand Final Sprint, AFL Grand Final September Club, AFL Grand Final Village plus more, including interstate Grand Final’s during Covid. Steph pitched and executed the inaugural Stadium Golf in partnership with Marvel Stadium. Steph managed the Portsea Polo, Flinders Polo & Werribee Polo events from 2015 through until 2020, while working with various brands across numerous sporting codes Nationally through sponsorship leveraging and activation opportunities including Chemist Warehouse, Sportsbet, AAMI, Geelong FC, Carlton FC, Argentina FC, Carlton Draught, Pepsi, SOLO, Great Northern & many more; from premium corporate hospitality, game-day presentation, to incentive programs. The list goes on.
Darcy Keighran
With a marketing and major events background, Darcy has worked with the biggest rights holders and brands, designing operational and logistical overlays, pushing boundaries and delivering bespoke creative concepts. With an extensive supplier network and impeccable stakeholder management skills, there isn’t an innovative dream that Darcy can’t deliver!

Prior to launching MEE Agency, Darcy held the position of General Manager – Major Events & Operations at the largest sports marketing & events agency in Australia. During the 6-year journey there, Darcy co-led the Events Team with Stephanie Willox, where in 2023 alone the team collectively delivered 107 projects, consisting of 383 days of on-site bump-in, 372 “event-days” and entertained more than 3.39 million fans & guests through the experiences delivered.
During Darcy’s tenure he specialized in delivering seamless Major Events in partnership with the AFL (including AFL Grand Final Footy Festival, AFL Grand Final Parade, AFL & AFLW Premiership Cup Tours), Cricket Australia (including Boxing Day Test Festivals, Indian Summer Festivals, Pink Test Festivals), NRL (Grand Final Festival & Trophy Tours), Visit Victoria (ICC T20 Men’s & Women’s World Cup Festival), Magic Millions Polo & Showjumping. Darcy also worked with various brands across numerous sporting codes Nationally through sponsorship leveraging and activation opportunities including Bunnings Warehouse, Adelaide Strikers, Adelaide Crows, AMPOL, Victoria Bitter, Mountain Goat, Sportsbet; from game-day presentation, building temporary decks inside stadiums, to activations galore.
