Returns Policy
We get it — sometimes it’s not quite the right fit.
If you're not feeling your order, you’ve got 14 days from delivery to request a store credit only. Please review our policy below before initiating a return.
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, including all packaging and tags attached.
Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).
We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or final sale products.
How to Return an Item
Email us at hello@meeagency.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address.
Send your item back to us using a tracked shipping method at your own expense. We do not provide return labels.
Once received and inspected, we will issue your store credit via email.
Damaged Goods
Should your goods arrive in a damaged condition please contact us at hello@meeagency.com.au within 7 days after receiving your goods, so we can best help you out.
Important Notes
Store credit is issued as a digital gift card and does not expire.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your item does not meet the return criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
